Will servicing my Mercedes-Benz at Apex void my new-car warranty?+
No. Australian Consumer Law allows you to service your Mercedes-Benz at any qualified workshop using manufacturer-spec parts and procedures without affecting your statutory warranty. We follow the factory Service A / Service B schedule, fit the correct MB-spec parts and fluids, and stamp your log book accordingly.
Do you use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts?+
Genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM is used on request — just say so when booking. As standard we fit MB-approved premium suppliers (Bosch, Mahle, Pagid, Bilstein, Liqui Moly, NGK) that match or exceed factory specification.
How much does a Mercedes-Benz service cost in Melbourne?+
Pricing depends on model, year, engine and whether it's Service A or Service B. Service A is the lighter interval; Service B with brake fluid and cabin filter is higher. AMG cars carry additional cost for premium oil, spark plugs and brake work. Send us your rego or VIN and we'll send a written quote — usually within the business day.
Do you service AMG and tuned Mercedes?+
Yes — AMG is core business. C63, E63, A45, GT, GLC 63, GLE 63 and tuned models including downpipes and ECU/TCU maps. We service them to Mercedes schedule and report on anything tune-related at the same time.
Do you reset ASSYST and the Service indicator?+
Yes — every service includes an ASSYST Plus reset via XENTRY along with a stamped log book, a completed service and inspection sheet and a detailed itemised invoice so your service record is complete and verifiable at trade-in.
