Do you work on all AMG models?+
Yes — A45 / CLA45 (M133/M139), 43-series inline-6, C63/E63/GT (M177 twin-turbo V8), G63, and older V8s (M156 pre-2015 C63, M159 SLS). Call us if you're unsure about a specific model — happy to check before you book.
How much does an AMG service cost in Melbourne?+
Depends on model, year and interval. A45 basic oil services is the lightest interval; C63/E63/GT services are higher due to fluid capacity and spec. Send the VIN and we'll send a written, line-itemised quote same business day.
Will servicing at Apex void my AMG warranty?+
No. Australian Consumer Law protects your statutory warranty when servicing is done at a qualified independent workshop using manufacturer-spec parts and procedures. We follow the AMG schedule to the letter and stamp the book.
My C63 M156 — should I worry about head bolts?+
The M156 (2008–2014 C63) has a known head bolt design issue that can develop at higher mileage. We check for symptoms every service — coolant loss, oil-coolant crossover, misfire patterns. We'll give you an honest read on whether preventative work is warranted for your specific car.
Can you tune AMG models?+
Selectively. M133/M139 and M177 respond well to flash tuning; some models are more sensitive. We're honest about what will make real, reliable gains vs marketing hype. Ask us about your specific car.
