No. Australian Consumer Law allows you to service your car at any qualified workshop using manufacturer-spec parts and procedures without affecting your statutory warranty. We follow the factory schedule, fit the correct parts and fluids, and stamp your log book.
Do you use genuine OEM parts?+
Genuine OEM is used on request — just say so when booking. As standard we fit manufacturer-approved premium suppliers (Bosch, Mahle, NGK, Pagid, Liqui Moly) that match or exceed factory specification. Every part is line-itemised on your invoice.
