Will servicing my Volkswagen at Apex void my new-car warranty?+
No. Australian Consumer Law allows you to service your VW at any qualified workshop using manufacturer-spec parts and procedures without affecting your statutory warranty. We follow the factory VW schedule, fit the correct parts and fluids, and stamp your log book.
Do you use genuine VW parts?+
Genuine VW OEM is used on request — just say so when booking. As standard we fit VW-approved suppliers (Bosch, Mahle, NGK, Liqui Moly) that match or exceed factory specification.
How much does a VW service cost in Melbourne?+
