Car service Melbourne.
Factory-spec. Warranty intact.
Apex Performance Tuning is an independent European and performance car specialist workshop at Unit 4/6 Woodbine Court, Wantirna South VIC 3152, servicing greater Melbourne. We are not a dealership.
Manufacturer-spec log book servicing is carried out to manufacturer specification with genuine or OEM-equivalent parts and manufacturer-level diagnostic software (BMW ISTA, VAG ODIS/VCDS, Porsche PIWIS, Mercedes XENTRY), so your statutory and new-car warranty stays intact.
Open Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm, contact 0483 939 216. Every job is quoted in writing against your VIN before work begins and documented with a video inspection.
Premium parts as standard.
OEM on request.
Every service at Apex is carried out to the manufacturer's exact schedule — same fluids, same intervals, same checklist as the dealer — by qualified technicians who specialise in European and performance vehicles.
We use genuine OEM parts on request. The rest of the time we fit premium, reputable brands — Bosch, Brembo, Pagid, Liqui Moly, Motul, Mahle, NGK, Mann and similar — that meet or exceed factory specification. Every part fitted is itemised on your invoice.
Transparency comes standard. If we find anything that needs attention during inspection, you receive photos and short videos of the issue before we touch a thing — so you see exactly what we see and approve the work on your terms.
Your log book is stamped, your completed service and inspection sheet is filed and your statutory warranty is preserved under Australian Consumer Law. The car comes back washed, vacuumed and ready to drive.

Common questions.
Still unsure? Send us your VIN and current km and we'll come back with a written quote and turnaround.
Will servicing with Apex void my new-car warranty?+
No. Australian Consumer Law allows you to service your vehicle at any qualified workshop using manufacturer-spec parts and procedures without affecting your statutory warranty. We follow the factory schedule, fit the correct parts and fluids, and stamp your log book accordingly.
Do you use genuine OEM parts?+
OEM parts are used on request — just let us know when you book and we'll source genuine throughout. As standard we fit premium, reputable brands (Bosch, Brembo, Pagid, Liqui Moly, Motul, Mahle, NGK, Mann and similar) that meet or exceed manufacturer specification. Either way, parts and brands are itemised on your invoice so you know exactly what's been fitted.
Which vehicles do you specialise in?+
Porsche, BMW (including M Division), McLaren, Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, Cupra, Mercedes-Benz and AMG, Nissan GT-R R35, Toyota Supra A90, the Toyota GR range (GR Yaris, GR Corolla, GR86) and Jaguar. If your vehicle isn't listed, send us the VIN and we'll confirm whether it's a fit.
How long does a log book service take?+
Minor (annual / interim) services are usually same-day. Major services involving brake fluid, spark plugs, gearbox or DSG service typically take a full day. We'll confirm precise turnaround at the time of booking.
Do you service the Nissan GT-R R35 and Toyota Supra A90?+
Yes — both are workshop specialities. R35 GT-R servicing covers oil and filter, transmission and transfer-case fluid, brake fluid and the full inspection schedule. Supra A90 and the wider Toyota GR range (GR Yaris, GR Corolla, GR86) are serviced to Toyota Gazoo Racing specification with appropriate parts and fluids.
Do you send photos or videos if you find an issue?+
Yes — that's standard at Apex. If anything turns up during inspection (worn pads, leaking seal, perished bush, anything), we photograph and film it on the hoist and send the media to your phone with an explanation before any extra work is approved. Transparency and customer service are non-negotiables here.
Will I get a written report after the service?+
Yes. Every service comes with a digital report covering the work performed, parts fitted, brake and tyre wear, battery and charging health, any diagnostic findings and recommended future work — kept on file and emailed to you.
Do you quote servicing before the work starts?+
Yes. You receive a written, line-itemised quote before any work starts. If we find something during inspection that needs attention, we call you for approval before proceeding — no surprise invoices.
