Flash tuning done properly.
A modern turbocharged European car's ECU is not tuned aggressively from the factory. Emissions regulation, worldwide fuel-quality variability, and warranty exposure force the factory calibration into a very conservative window. A well-executed Stage 1 flash respects the mechanical limits of the engine while opening up the calibration to what the hardware is genuinely capable of on Australian 98 octane or E-blend.
Typical Stage 1 gains — BMW N55/S55/B58: 60–120 hp. Audi EA888 gen3: 80–140 hp. VW Golf R/GTI: 60–120 hp. Porsche 991.2/992 turbo: 80–150 hp. AMG M139: 60–120 hp. These are real, sustained gains — not one-run headline numbers.
Every tune is datalogged. Knock detection, timing, boost, AFR, MAF, fuel trims — logged under load before the car leaves. Backup files stored. Where the platform supports it (MHD, bootmod3, COBB, EcuTek, some APR builds), dealer-mode return is available for warranty visits. We're honest about warranty implications up front.
